VISAS & Entry Requirements for Ghana

  All visitors to Ghana must be in possession of a valid passport or legal
  travel documents to present to the immigrations offices at the Arrival
  Gates which is the first port of entry.

  ECOWAS nationals and those of other countries with which the
  Government of Ghana has specific bilateral agreements, are exempted.
  All other visitors must have valid entry visas.

  In the case of aCommonwealth nationals, entry permits can be issued
  by a Ghanaian Diplomatic mission or consulate abroad. It takes a minimum
  of four (4) working days to process an application submitted at the counter
  of any Ghanaian Embassy or Consulate and ten (10) working days for
  postal applications
